Trinidad’s recent flooding has caused major devastation to several parts of the Island. Many families have been displaced and currently staying in schools, community centers, and places of worship. 

Some may say that the loss of material things can be always be replaced, TRUE !! But when we think of the elderly that have worked their entire lives to be able to have those material things, if we think of the struggling parents who worked long hours to buy their children school books and uniforms, when we think of families sleeping amongst strangers without a mattress to call their own, then our hearts should have compassion and understanding. 

This cause is close to my heart just like every other cause I have supported simply because my brothers and sisters are hurting. There are children in need and I simply want to help.
